Today we started in on accomplishing a specific task: shipping out more Jelly Jar six packs in one week than we’ve ever done before (that weren’t on special order, at least). And right now, I’m trying to be chill, but thinking about almost 100 six packs of jars all waiting to be baked, packaged, and taken over to UPS is leaving me unsettled. I know this sounds odd, but sometimes the anticipation of what needs to be done is worse than actually doing it. There’s been more than once when I’ve been home at night and I’m completely compelled to drive to PJP and just work on stuff, instead of worrying about stuff. Charming, no?

As you are likely aware, this weekend is Mother’s Day (hence, all the shipping). Seriously, I just want a day where I don’t load and unload our dishwasher and that will be the gift that keeps on giving. (And that applies to my house and also to PJP. I just happened to look at our dishwasher at PJP last week and do you want to guess how many loads of dishes we’ve washed since September 2019? Go ahead, think about it - I’ll wait. 6,291 loads. Impressive.)
