PJP V. 1.0...

In looking through some old PJP V. 1.0 materials not long ago, Jeanne came across this gem of a photo... IMG_3737

This is actually the front of the PJP tri-fold menu from back in the day when PJP served breakfast and lunch.  And had a fax machine.  And dial-up Internet access.

One of the most common questions we receive is how PJP versions 1.0 and 2.0 are different from each other.  And without question, the answer to that is that never in one million years could Jeanne convince me to pose for a photo while wearing a chef's hat and a sleeveless shirt.

EVER.

(And the irony of it all is that she is still completely partial to a hat.)

(She is probably thinking right now that bringing back the hats would be a good idea.)

(Trust me, I know how she thinks.)
